I’ve received an official roll-off email from the client. Could you please clarify what the next steps are according to the company’s policies? Will I be moved to redeployment, and how long does that process usually take? Also, if HR decides against redeployment, what would happen next? I’d like to understand my options to ensure job security.hr is saying she is looking into it. Manager said ignore it but he is not confirming it on email . when I asked him to do so🥲.another manager saying your id is deactivated we are waiting for further action from hr. Man I don’t understand what is this going on.
