Anyone from EY please help me.

I got an offer from EY for a senior role in 1065 partnership return and my joining date is on 21st January. Will I be eligible for the year end hike cycle if I am joining now? If yes how much percent of the hike can I expect?

There is a criteria, like you must spend x months to be eligible for wipro it is before 10 October, if you join before that then you are eligible for annual appraisal, all companies have such standards 2-3 months will not work here as well i guess
