Anyone from Confluent here? I’m looking for your advice. I think I’m being lowballed

I have a verbal offer from Confluent and i feel i am being lowballed. Does Confluent give joining bonus? HR is being cribby even for 1-2 lakhs increase in the fixed component. Does the hike get applied to the fixed component or overall ctc (fixed+bonus+RSUs)? #design #confluent
