Anyone feels zero growth in GenAi?
Hi folks, I’m currently working in a Gen AI team, but lately, I don’t feel much growth. Most of the design, coding, and logic work is handled by AI, and my role mainly involves prompt engineering.
I have over 6 years of experience and come from traditional, structured development projects where I felt I was learning and progressing. But here, even though I’m exploring a lot of new technologies and doing research, it doesn’t feel satisfying or like real learning.
Is anyone else in Gen AI experiencing the same? Any suggestions or advice on how to grow in this field?

GenAI and all is a huge buzzword for most companies. Only a few tech focussed companies have actual use cases worked upon, rest all are just creating POCs and using some code creation tools, which is such stupidity. If you truly want to work on GenAI stuffs, only way is tech focussed/driven companies, not domain focussed ones. And by tech focussed I mean companies which create tech and sell tech products, not companies which just create some platforms or products to enable their own businesses.
