Anyone feels there is no work culture in tcs

People who are there in tcs since beginning that too in the same project, carry altogether a different level of attitude and God level confidence of being superior to anyone.

TCS has its flaws, but it's not all doom and gloom. Yes, some folks act superior, but that's everywhere. The work culture varies by project and team. Adapt and thrive.
