Anyone ever gotten a job/ interview at a firm by applying @round1AI
Hmm just wanted to ask what has folk’s experience been applying to jobs in the round1AI stack. I see a lot of great jobs there and a potentital to basically cut the clutter noise and make hiring simpler. But since they also had a lot of jobs listed before just wanted to inquire how many really got contacted by or get a foot in the door to move to further round post applying and how is the experience then?

Round1 is the only place I see where the salaries are, idk.. are they even real?
No idea I have applied but I don’t think it is any different from filling a form on the company page. I don’t think it still solves the broken hiring system and instead adds another layer for it where you have to do a 9 min call with ai which is never gonna rate you above 8 unless you did an ai to ai call where even the speaker is a natural english speaking ai voice which is always confident with a tinch of humor.
