Anyone else stuck in same situation as me?

I completed 2.5 years in TCS for past month or so I'm trying to switch job. I have a good resume with high ATS and achievements, but I'm not getting a single interview call. It would have been one thing if I got an interview and then rejected, I'm not sure I couldn't even get a call.

Are you on your Notice Period ? If not the following answer would help:

From info I heard most HR and companies need talent but their worry is whether employees will use the new offer letter to leverage old company to offer better salary if they are not on notice period.

Second, their interview and offer letter initiation takes almost 1.5 months average. So if you aren't on Notice Period and waiting for OL to put in papers that means from their perspective waiting 4.5 months to on board you.

Best thing to do is put in your paper.

When you get calls tell them you are currently serving NP and your organisation is willing to release you early. The whole process will take 1.5 Months to 2 Months anyway from their end. Some cases even 3 months. So just do it.

Worse case scenario you don't get a job then withdraw your resignation.

Yes, The notice period is 3 months. And putting in a paper without an offer letter feels too risky, especially in the current market conditions.
