Trending @HCL; Anyone else see this bullshit about linking our leaves to office days? What the actual f*ck?

Did you see this crap about our leaves getting cut if we don't show up to the office? What a joke.

Three days a week or 12 days a month... or else. Great, just what I needed - more reasons to hate Mondays. I bet some genius in management thought this up while working from their vacation home. "Let's make them commute again, that'll fix everything!"

Anyone else thinking of just using up all their leaves before this kicks in? Might as well, right?

Honestly, I'm getting real tired of this back-to-office push. We've been doing fine from home. But no, apparently we can't be trusted unless they see our faces.

What do you guys reckon? Put up with it or start looking elsewhere? Cause I'm pretty sure other companies are gonna use this to poach people.

Oh, and whoever rats this out to HR - pls leave this app.

Read the new hybrid work policy.

And to answer the question regarding work from office We must also understand that company has obligations and contracts with government and various vendors for getting the SEZ status and other things.
Infact wfo costs company more than wfh yet they have to get it done due to the contracts they have with vendors and government agencies

If you read the article it clearly says depends on project requirements. I have personally seen few projects where this is not applicable. While I do attend 12 days a month which is not all necessary in my line of duty but still have to do it. I do understand your pain.
