Anyone doing remote jobs (having small tasks) as a side hustle?

It has become imperative to have second source of income as growth is literally stagnant, especially if you are working in some company like TCS. No promotion for last 5 years and peanuts increments. I wanted to know if any reliable platform to do small task remote jobs . Coming across lot of them on on social media but not sure if they are reliable and trustworthy. Some suggestions would help
