I have also got the opportunity from HashiCorp.. I have interview next week... I think there will be no change in culture.. I had a brief call with HR.. She told me all about these things.. HC will simply focus on its product.. No intervention of IBM

HashiCorp has a good reputation for work culture and work-life balance. The tech stack is modern and cloud-focused. IBM's acquisition might bring changes, but it's too early to tell specifics.
