Anyone cracked a Staff or Senior Staff Enngineer level recently?

I've 12+ yoe. Looking to move to a product based company as a Staff Engineer. Currently a Lead Engineer.

Need your inputs on how did you prep, materials, what was your experience and anything that you think really helped crack it.
