Anyone aware of the TCS Innovator profile promotion cycle?

Promotion rules are same for Ninja, Digital and Innovator (Prime). Also to be noted as CTC is higher for Digital and Innovators, the promotion delays at the initial grades but in later stage they give it fast as QVA is no more 100% after a certain grade.
