In my project some got pip , doing task .

Some got released with 5 month salary where no chance given to opt pip.

I am also in NI , till now no contact done from hr.

5 months means, weren't they given option Why did it happen so if they dint get option

They would have been told the PIp Goals will be tough and even if you take PIp you will fail, hence the 5 month severance looked better for them.
