21st of month is cutoff date

So if I resign post 21 my salary with be credited for this month and will go on hold for next month for F&F

Ideally yes, since by 22nd it would have gone to the finance department for processing of salary . But keep 2-3 days of buffer and also if there is a weekend then we'll be good... Like in current month 22 and 23 feb are weekends , so resigning on 21 st evening will be good

If you put your resignation tomorrow means, Hcl will hold February salary and they will provide march, april salary as usual, during the final settlement you will get your February salary + paid holidays amount as well
