How’s the work life balance? How’s the scope of growth for a UI UX designer?

I work in TCS Bancs. For my team it's pretty chill.But in my previous project which was also in TCS Bancs life was hell. Work even on Saturday Sunday. So, it totally depends on the team. TCS Bancs is an umbrella for a lot of projects. Not sure about the scope of UI/UX in it.
