Anybody has the update about when we get our Annual Compensation Letter ??
May be after this Quarter Results ...??
Lot of negative going around, TCS don't hold for long from now. They will try to give out in phases till c3A first later for others, they might filter for associates who are allocated last complete year.
It is with all companies... think your job as a contract work ... that it ... dont hope anything.
Wipro appraisal cycle end in Nov/Dec, so basically robs increments for 6/9 months.
Infosys salary breakup, no one knows ... what is deducted and how ... even month there is new new clauses.
Other companies are even worse ... you get paid double the a.ount foe triple times of work! (accenture, etc)
each company has their own story... try to setup your own venture as quick as possible to be out of these messages.
they will not give any letter ... can you do anything?
How do you know if all have not received compensation letter ? You cannot generalize it for everyone ... read the rules carefully... compensation is bipartite agreement between you and rhe company... so you are not even allowed to compare or discuss your salary officially with anyone !
