Even after people getting allocations, their respective allocations are getting wiped off, by giving some nonsense reason and they are forced to quit the organization. #ByeByeTata

No fix time fix trend, if company needs to be trimmed it has to be at any cost.

Things are getting worse, a long timer (20 years) was forced to resign at Chennai after spending 70 days in bench. Have seen many among my project circles who were forced to go..

In hyderabad, HR is going full speed in making people resign forcefully. If they can't get allocation within agreed days, they will process resignation with 3 months salary.

I don't think those who were/are forced to resign would come out open on any platform. They wouldn't be in the mental space nor state to answer.
We can wait for mutual connections to share the information though.
But yes the outflow headcount is increasing cause this is creating FUD and people are leaving for other organisations.
When it comes to uncertainty people who want stability would accept lesser than market value to jump. Its crazy out there and yes in here it's absolute crazy.
