Anybody facing issues in purchasing co-pilot subscription?

Tried debit card, credit card, nothing works. Transaction declined. Seems they don't want my money. Anybody else facing issues? Openai is able to charge my cc nicely and other international services. Except github. Considering Microsoft owns them, this is very weird. Just wanted to understand I'm not alone in this.
