I have received my laptop from Mumbai, after training my base location is Pune. After getting the project I came to Kolkata and working at Kolkata office. But now I have to go Pune to replace non-compliance laptop.

No need to go to Pune .you can do home pickup surrender request...

How to do that actually I am currently working from Kolkata but my base location is pune..I want to change my base location from pune to BLR ..how can I surrender my laptop in BLR and collect the new one?
