Trending @Accenture; Anybody checked their MAL on Workday & saw an inflated number?

Why suddenly they are adding additional months to our MAL (months at level)? MAL indicates your last promotion date. By showing high MAL can they frame us by saying employee is unable to get ready for next level, hence terminating them? Is it part of some layoff strategy?

What is logic btw termination and mal?

When MAL is high they can say you r nt gettin promotion-readiness for too long hence spending time at same level, hence bad resource

MAL is calculating based in your current role on your current company and last company .. Suppose if you were an analyst in your last company and you joined Accenture in a same role as an analyst and completed one year in Accenture also then your MAL will be 24 .. So higher the mail then higher the chances of your Promotion

There's a thing known as 'joining date'/'previous promotion date'. If they try to terminate someone on the basis of incorrect MAL, one can always use that.

But you will never know how your case was presented to HR. Your project can use high MAL as an excuse but you will never know as Talent Discussion outcomes are never disclosed to employees in writing. PL only communicates orally. You see the trap bro?

Your previous work experience is also 'adjusted' in MAL. It's not just MAL while working at Accenture. Not sure of the calculations, but you may have worked 2 years here and 5 years somewhere else, they may put 30-36 as MAL. It's normal.

Nothing like that bro, i checked and mine is correct even checked with few others all have correct, the thing is new juniors mostly from TCS has hight MAL bcs kam salary hone k wajah se unko sahi level nahi mil pata but unka mal jo accenture calculate karta hai wo bhut hota hai, i have seen many all have 60-70, one Am has 84

For my previous experience month and here working exp month they have calculated here only I think so that they can give experience after perticular month of exp and manager call both then anyone will get the promotion
