Any UX Designer from TCS?

I'm a QA engineer and plan to switch to UX design. I tried getting this role within TCS multiple times, but was unsuccessful. Now I'm planning to switch to a different company. I want some help in understanding how UX designers in TCS work. It would be really helpful for me. Any suggestions are also welcome. Thanks.
