Trending @Infosys; Any updates on Salary hikes this year?

Any updates on the hikes this year as most of the people got their icount ratings. So does anybody have any idea on when we can expect hikes? Or it's the same as last year (No hikes last year) If yes, what could be the approximate % of hikes for each rating?
