Trending @Wipro; Any updates on MSI? Why is it that every year it’s the same story? Why can’t they communicate basic things clearly?

Let's not forget the fact that Wipro takes a long time to process things like MSI/appraisals/promotions and considering its already the last week of August I doubt we will get MSI within the next 2 months. Either we will get it around december or won't get it at all this year.

Last year it was better communicated, 1-2 months back they said we will give MSI, expect updates soon, etc. Then a mail came MSI would be effective from 1st Sept. Then finally the MSI letter was released in Oct. But this year there's no update at all.

Are you kidding buddy, MSI is a joke once if your have received msi then don't ask them till 3 years.

Looks difficult to see this time variable pay of only 0.5 means company have biggest excuse that we are in loss.so msi may be difficult as per my view

No MSI THIS YEAR

If you see,this month salary they given less variable pay (30%) stating company revenue. And there is no MSI this year i guess.. if you see the salary history detail it is already updated the hike percentage as a “NA”
