Any updates on C1 to C2 Promotion?

I talked with my manager in the month of June24 regarding my promotion, he said if you are eligible then you will get and we are not stopping anyone's promotion.

Now it's August month and my manager has stopped replying to me. I asked him when the promotion cycle will open? But he is not replying. What should I do?

Should I switch to other company? I have total of 6+ years of experience.

Recommendations were already sent between 1july to 15th July. If your manager is not replying means your name is not recommended for promotion.
