Trending @HCL; Any updates about appraisal letter?

Had a word with my manager and got a reply "Do not expect promotion or increment into this letter as we are focused on creating a new Delivery Unit"

Logic behind that was since it's a new approach we do not have anything in our hands

I thought then who will be the owner if these types of matters are not into your hands and dropped my papers

As this was in my hands

Yes we will receive next year

6 November is last date for releasing

Some one mentioned it will be November end, but forgot to mention year

Probably November last week , last year they released on November 22 , salary cut off date is 23 , ideally we can expect by 22.
