Any Update on when Promotion cycle will open for C3A to C3B? It's been long since have seen any promotion.🙂‍↕️

Do not go for this hike bro. .C3B get very less QVP and hike . Also C3B always remain in radar . My recommendation stay in C3A as tour in-hand may reduce as well. Better try to switch

I want to go c2 from c3a atleast they receive full qvp

Apply for it in system corporate will take final call it takes sometime could be months many are scared so they will not apply so chances will be high due to less competition

C3b is no use. Current situation: be satisfied with what you have.

C3b is not eligible for any annual hike neither safe as c3b and above is targetted for layoffs. Why are you concerned regarding getting promoted to c3b.
