Any update on promotions for C1 to C2? When will the promotion cycle open?

Today morning I faced one incident from hr guy
90% dress code I followed bro then it seems they want formal shoes only;other shoes it's not allowed,but slippers they're allowing
They won't give any hike or promotion-no answer for that but they will force associates to come to office and follow this dress code that code etc
I gave that guy a good scolding and told u even escalate to CEO ,I'm least bothered
Forget any promotions they have normalised it now by not giving it anymore because they are not getting any pressure from employees.
One thing everyone can do is just raise a grievance under the HR category there is an option of promotion, use it as much as possible.
Tell me where to find that option
Its on hold until further notice. There are a large number of people waiting for promotion. Also mostly the bottom tier will be considered first.
Trust me there is a huge list of people piled up for promotion and way things are going pretty sure only with politics and shit one would be eligible for promotion. Cause when the window opens there are alot of pending dues and not everyone is going to get promoted.
Would suggest jumping asap.
Raise Grievance under HR category there is option of Promotion..it may increase chances of promotion
