Any update on C3B & above apprisal letters??

Letters are not coming this year...There is no value of C3B & above grade employee in TCS

Why are we so eager to get the letter. Bhai 2000 per month Kam hi aaega in hand post appraisal. Better na hi ho to acchha Hai.

I would be worried only if the letters are not received before next earnings call, which would be in Mid July.
