Noone gonna resign after seeing your post even if they didn’t get hike/promotion.
That’s a life, whatever they will provide - we have to take it. It’s just we’re not ready to accept this on grapevine or any other platform.
If you think you’re capable enough to get a good % of hike outside, move out. Simple.
TBH No one will resign without any offer in hand, only few have guts to resign without offer.
Bonus we receive in Nov cycle, why the confusion?
Yes previous year it was November cycle... But I saw a post regarding Bonus in Good Morning Accenture that it will be released in November or December month...
But I'm still Doubtful about it as they like to postpone things from time to time...
Why do you even write this? I have not seen a hike for 2 years straight yet I can't resign or if you already have an offer.
