A to SA promotion happens via IJM (Internal Job Move) only either within the account or new account. You need to talk to your manager about the promotion. This is not like PA to A auto promotion.
I talked with my manager and compatency lead also he me mentioned while moving to New account he assured you will get promoted.But in April I moved internally to new project still waiting for promotion.
IJM - if you completed two years in same role and account, you should have got email that you are eligible for IJM. You need to update the skills in TMP and send one time request. You superviser need to approve the request. Once approved, you can view the promotion Eligible (PE) SO matching your profile in TMP. You can apply for the SO and if you got selected you will be moved to new account with Promotion.
If your manager planned to promote you with in same account, he need to raise SO in TMP and then need to be converted to PE SO and then you need to apply for that. Once applied, process is automatic and you will be promoted.
This are the two ways for any ptomotion for A to next level.
