Trending @Cognizant; Any update for PA-A, who has 3 ratings? Joining 2022 - June
I checked with my manager and he said he has no idea about the criteria of this promotion, he's not sure what went wrong. Can someone please let me know if they've any update on this? Domain doesn't matter here.
If you are from AIA then you will get promotion after 30 months with 3 ratings Also you must have external and internal certificates , complete learning goals, and most imp RTO.

For 4 rating it's 24 months
For 3 rating it's 30.months
That's bro! But let me burst a myth here. RTO doesn't even matter. I know a lot of guys who have never been in the office for more than 20 days in the last 6 months and even they got promoted (just bcz they had 4-5 ratings). I'm saying this with 100% proof and confidence coz i seen this.
That depends on the business unit but mostly they are considering this RTO. My manager shows me an email where all these details were mentioned.
