Recently there has been a lot of discussion regarding layoffs. What is the approx Criteria and What steps can one take if he is not getting Project Calls?
Please Don't ignore and answer as it might help a lot of people.

- Set you primary skill based on the work you are actually doing also try to get a P3 (atleast P2)
- Drop emails to the DL with your CV, be blunt that you need a project.
- Accept all the clauses, toil for a couple of months, then either you gain knowledge or you gain experience, atleast you get off the bench time.
- If you go to office connect with random people and try to get to know if there's any opening.
- Try the accenture internal job portal and apply on them, very less chance there, but you can take that route as well.
