0th way: Nothing will help, switch is the only way.
1st way Highest increase is via Bridge Program: ACON (8.5 LPA) or DSE (9.25 inflated CTC)
2nd way is Onsite: 3-4 years of experience, luck, hard work required (tougher than brigde program and luck based)
3rd way Hike (peanuts - even if you are most hiked person below JL7)
The effort required for 1st, 2nd & 3rd way is way more than 0th way.
In short: Have 1-2-3 month plan for switch and increase your salary a little. Switch again in next 1-2 years.

CTC for SE to DSE is 6.25 flat
It's true, they are not ready to retain those who have joined here as fresher, don't expect any 1st Promotion and 1st Performance hike also
Better switch if you need a good package, for lateral joinees for the same experience level ready to pay 6-8-10 LPA but not for us who have started the career as a freshers here.
