I also asked early release but now it's is not possible due to policy change and no one responding email and texts hectic in CG.

There are various ways. Mostly going on a long leave if u r an individual contributor will serve your purpose.

Honestly, I'm clueless, but one suggestion I'd offer is: don't answer your manager's call (whether it's through Teams or a regular phone call)… Just kidding! I'm curious about the answer myself.
