Any Tcs HR and RMG please reply this post

I joined one project on Oct 18th and I resigned tcs Oct 23rd My new manager telling we haven't on boarded you so we will release rmg

My project HR gives Jan 20th last working day

Once I release to rmg is there any chance to change last working day

I am ok with 90 days

Any one help for this

If you are on bench, then maybe they will release you early

Yes you can be released in 2 weeks. Just dont accept the new project for short term. Keep dodging it. I did the same and left in 2 weeks
