Any suggestions to fastrack grade promotion?

I am currently having C1 grade . It has been 2.8 years since I joined TCS . Any best practices to increase my chances of getting promoted?

2 A bands + 3 years exp then u eligible for promotion you can ask ur manager to initiate if it get approved u will get C2 with 15% hike

Get consecutive A or B bands and ask the manager to initiate your promotion.
