Any suggestions regarding reducing my notice period

Hi all I asked my manager to reduce my notice period for 20 days by taking out my earned leaves but my Manager is not ready to do it

I'm serving more than 70 days and telling him to reduce 20 days but he is denied it

Please tell me is there any way to get out from this situation.
