Any suggestions of Kolkata based projects with low work pressure?

Due to Health issues, I am planning to take release from my present project. Project is good, but has high work pressure. Unfortunately after staying in this sector for 14+ years, my health has started getting impacted.

I have taken a conscious decision to prioritise my health over work for the near future.

I have no expectations of any onsite or promotion. Just normal B band works fine for me.

Any thoughts if there are any Kolkata based projects which have less work pressure/good work life balance?
