Trending @Accenture; Any suggestions?

I joined Accenture 2 years back. Since then I didn't get any appraisals , appraisals , last year during appraisal cycle I was told that my probation period was not year and this year no one gets any appraisals. It's like I'm working on same CTC from last two years now. I've heard from many people that after we completing two years we get default appraisals. Do I need to approach to my manager or leadership for this or I'll get promoted by default Can anyone suggest ?

I got 3 hikes in 3 years and waiting for 4th in June

I too have not get the raise for 2 years. Nothing happens even if you reach out to the manager. Every project has a specific budget and a reason like being on maternity leave at the time of appraisal is enough to get excluded.
