I am also in the same boat. Moreover, I have been in the same project for the past 3 years. I would rather try StepUp first and see what other projects this company could offer and what else I could contribute further. But in your case, if you have worked in several projects over this 3 year time period and don't see anything interesting in progressing or promoting to a new role within this company, and are much more interested towards a different work culture along with some package upgrades, it would be best to choose another company. After all, at the end of the day, this is a choice which is very personal and subjective and you are the only person who will face the aftereffects of your own decision. So, it is better to stick to your heart and what your mind says so that you won't regret not using this opportunity to decide on your own.
