Any suggestion to start a permanent income?

Hi, I am working as a professional in the digital marketing field, right now working as a freelancer but not making good money because I don't have any regular projects. I am looking to start something where I can make a stable income. I cannot do a job as my family doesn't allow that.

Please suggest me a way to start something concrete.
