I wanted to first post this in fitness then change my mind.... Disclaimer: I'm a foodie.. How to control hunger cravings... Especially this hunger calls when you want to lose weight... Some people say just eat it but in small portions... But I ain't work for me yo.. I'm not someone who gives in and then says I'm done.. I say I'm done only when it's fully done.. 😅 so any technique on how to control myself my temptation when I pass a friend chicken shop or these nae dropping pastries....
