Any SQL DBAs here, if Yes How much are you getting paid at what experience?

I have 4 years experience, at the Analyst Role in Deloitte, 9 Fixed + 1 Variable.

It depend on project and criticality, I see in my current project folks with 10 YoE are getting 45 fixed + 20% variable + special skill bonus 😅

Analyst is equivalent to Consultant. In my hierarchy Consultant role doesn't exist
