I follow Premanand ji Maharaj and planning to take mantra diksha from him. If you listen to him your question will be answered.

I am a spiritual seeker. My spiritual journey started since I was a child. Feeling blessed to have a religious family. I have studied Geeta, bible and Quran. Somewhat the message is similar. Also studied different meditation techniques different sects of Hinduism. I can talk a lot about spirituality. Actually it’s an experience, you need to experience it.

Every religion in false. If you are repeating what you are taught then, my friend, that's not spirituality. True spirituality is seeking not believing what any maharaj or text teaches you.

Doubting the things you are taught is the 1st step to spirituality

Krishnamurti, Buddha, Kabir, Nanak, Taoism, Osho try to start with these to understand true spirituality

How can something be truth to you if you haven't realised it yourself ?

The basis of Sanatan philosophy is ved and upanishads. It gave spirituality to the world .our hinduism is very far from that in today's time .Adi shankarcharya had to come in 8th century to draw us back to vedic philosophy but it's diluted again.

If you are a very beginner , start by watching the series "Upnishad Ganga" on YouTube

Don't believe in anything that is not rational. Karma is a coping mechanism and reincarnation can't be proven.

Do you know there are incidents of children remembering their past lives? I'm not saying you have to believe it but are you aware of them? And is there any proof that reincarnation doesn't exist?

It started when I was in 11th Std., and it was introduced to me by my physics faculty.

I believe in the concepts of karma and reincarnation. A year back, read a book on Karma, truly changed my perspective.
