Not sure why there is no transparency, we at level 10 didn't got hike last time saying not completed 1 years ( till November last year 11 month was done) and again if we don't get hike now in June( looks like that only) it will be totally unfair

How much hike we can expect if promotion given to L10 to L9? My MAL is 48 months and i was assured that in june i will get my promotion and my manager already sent my name in december. Can i expect it?
