Any software engineer ever opened a restaurant in Bangalore as a side gig?

Tried once. Its very tough to balance as the restaurant at least needs 3 years of your time so that it becomes automated.

If you can balance your work and this, you can.

I know someone who was a mid level at Flipkart and opened one. Not sure if it’s still out there but was buzzing back in 2015
