Any reviews on Voya India work culture?

Hi all, I have an offer from Voya India in process and would really appreciate genuine feedback from current or former employees. How are the managers, workload, and work-life balance? Is the growth path good or slow? Any positives or red flags I should know?

Yes it’s pathetic company, poor management both in Pune and Bangalore. 8 hrs work stretch to 12 hours without overtime payment, forcefully have to work on Saturday and sometimes on Sundays as well. This company rarely pay overtime. and most of time overtime is not approved at all. You shd not join, join only if you want to taste horrible mud.
