Any respectable place with rent not more than 5k?

Hi Punekars! Asking this question as a total noob: is it possible to find a room for 2 (with no roomates) where the rent is no more than 5k per month? My only expectations are for the place to be clean, with clean water available throughout the day, basic facilities (food, groceries) should be available nearby.

Do landlords ask for a deposit before renting? I would prefer to avoid that if possible.
