Trending @Accenture; Any resource can be put in pip at the end of cycle(any 2 cycles) only or they can put in pip anytime?

Need clarification especially for ASEs who are buffer resources in project

Anytime, but mostly they are put in PIP around the cycles or when they're released from thr project.

Means will they roll off these resources or put in pip or they test these resources based on performance they make them billable, these 3 are possibilities?

I believe it is more of a downsizing decision so it can happen anytime depending on when the management suddenly thinks they can find a better replacement (not just skill wise but pay wise better too)
