Trending @Infosys; Any referrals who can give for an OPT student in US?

Asking for a friend who recently got the OPT card, they've been applying for the job but the application status is turning "withdrawn" without them doing anything. Does anyone know why this is happening?

That's there too. But seriously why can't infy just send an email stating they can't process the application instead of "withdrawing" the application. It looks like as if the candidate messed up while applying.
